We work directly with you, or alongside your appointed architect, to produce a robust, efficient and fully code-compliant solution suitable for Building Regulations approval. You'll receive structural drawings and detailing that allow your builder or contractor to plan and price the construction phase accurately. We can also carry out site inspections during construction, so you can be confident the works are being built in accordance with the approved design.

Structural Reports

If you have concerns about a possible structural defect affecting your property, we can offer guidance on the probable cause and what should be done about it.

Our reports are in plain English and will clearly summarise findings and recommendations. Where necessary, they set out practical repair and remediation solutions aimed at reducing future risk and prolonging the structural integrity of your property.
